The Lakxota Kxoyag Internet School Supply Tree is to help Lakxota children on the Cheyenne River Lakxota (Sioux) Reservation in South Dakota. The name of the children's school is "Takini" which means survivors of the Wounded Knee Massacre of 1890. The communities that send their children to Takini School are poor and many parents can not afford school supplies and clothes for their children. We are hoping that some of you can find room in your hearts to sponsor a child this school year.
